Coming from the South
to Rockcliffe Pottery and Craft Shop
--- take Hwy #11 North from Huntsville and Sunridge.
Twenty-seven kilometers north of Sundridge,
you'll come to Trout Creek. Here,
you turn left onto Hwy 522.
Follow it for 25.5 km, through Commanda Village
with its General-store museum, to Hwy 524.
Turn right on Hwy 524 towards Restoule Provincial Park
but go only 1.8 km to Commanda Lake Road.
Turn
left here and 2.5 km will take you to a Rockcliffe sign and
down a leafy lane where Rockcliffe Pottery and Craft Shop is located.
Coming
from the North
to Rockcliffe Pottery and Craft Shop
--- means that you take Hwy #11 South from North Bay.
You travel
Hwy 11 south until the Callander area
where you turn
right onto Hwy 654.
Follow Hwy 654 through Nipissing Village
until you come to Hwy 534 where you turn right.
If you
miss or choose to drive south on Hwy 11
you can get
onto Hwy 534 at Powassan where you turn right.
Either way
through Powassan or via Callander you will reach hwy 534.
Continue on Hwy 534 until you get to Hwy 524.
Turn left on Hwy 524 and follow it until you see the signs for
Commanda
Lake Road and Rockcliffe Pottery and Craft Shop.
When
you turn right onto Commanda Lake Road
you are only 2.5
Km away from the location.
The signage is good, the ride
is scenic and it is a pleasure to be there.
